What are the shipping details?
Once your order has been shipped out of the warehouse, your courier will confirm the tracking information within their system. From there we will email you your tracking information so you can keep up to date with your order as it approaches your front door!
We print each shipping label exactly as it was posted on our website. Be sure to double check your shipping address before completing your order to make sure your package is shipped to the right location. If you believe your address may be incorrect, please contact contact@queen-elizabeth-ii.com and we will be happy to verify or correct this information for you. We cannot correct any addresses once an order has been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible for any corrections.
Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Our warehouse is closed on weekends. Expedited shipping does not affect processing times.

The carriers we use to deliver your packages are via USPS, FedEx and local mail for international orders. All couriers are independent agencies and are not operated by queen-elizabeth-ii.com. These agencies conduct their business within their own standards and abide by their own rules and regulations.
How long does shipping take?
- All orders are shipped within 2 business days. The queen-elizabeth-ii.com warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Domestic orders typically take up to 8 business days from the time they are shipped to be delivered (depending on where you are).
- International orders are generally delivered within 10-12 business days pending weather and customs conditions (depending on where you are).
- Your order may be delayed in shipping if the shipping information is not filled in correctly. Make sure this is filled in correctly to make sure there are no delays in shipping your order.
Why haven't I received my package?
- Return to sender - If you entered the wrong address location by mistake, your courier will mark your package "return to sender". In this case, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to ship your order again!
- Stolen - Even if your courier will do everything they can to make sure you receive your queen-elizabeth-ii.com order, there is always a chance that your package will be stolen. This is why it is very important for you to make sure that you track your package with your courier's tracker online so that you are available to receive it when it arrives. Although we are terribly sorry for your loss, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen products once delivered.

You should see another tracking number for the delivery service provider. Use that tracking number with your local post (Canada Post, Royal Post, etc) and you should see where your package is from there.
- Have I received a notice from customs, even though I have already paid for the shipment?
